✅ Payments – Must be made through our available online options.
✅ No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations – Due to the sacred nature of our products, returns/exchanges/cancellations are not allowed, except for manufacturing defects.
✅ 100% Advance Payment Required – Partial Cash on Delivery available in select areas as per MaaPooja’s shipping & pincode-based policy.
✅ Jurisdiction – Any disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of Mangalhat Area, Hyderabad.

📌 Important Purchase Conditions

  • All items are meant only for Pooja, House Decoration, Festive Décor, or reading purposes. Not for consumption or medicinal use.

  • Combo orders involving Pooja items + Devireddi Sir's books are to be cancelled without notice due to logistics constraints.

  • Orders are accepted only with Indian 🇮🇳 mobile numbers and delivery addresses.

📦 We ship via Courier or India Post based on your pincode and best logistics partner — in rare cases, orders may be cancelled with due intimation via phone, WhatsApp, or SMS if delivery isn’t supported to your location. Any fully or partially paid amount will be refunded to the customer's UPI (PhonePe/GPay) As Soon As Possible in such cases where MaaPooja.com cancels the order.

  • ❌ No international orders or deliveries are accepted.

📚 Devireddi Sir’s Books Policy

  • Orders for Devireddi Rama Krishna Reddi Sir's books are processed only after full payment is made.

  • Partial COD is allowed, based on management approval. Particl COD of Devireddi Sir’s Books is allowed for orders above Rs.1000/- and the addresses with District Head Quarters and Cioties

  • If COD orders are cancelled and a partial amount is already paid, that amount will not be refunded (covers packing & admin costs).

  • If a COD order is cancelled without any advance payment, the same customer must pay the full amount in advance for any future COD orders.

We offer premium quality products, and some prices may appear higher due to our standards.

📜 If a product displays a Central Government lab certification, it will be shown in product photos. Customers may download and print it for their records.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Order Dispatch: Within 3–4 working days (weekdays only) after full payment confirmation.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 working days, depending on location.
    ⏱️ Delays may happen due to postal/courier issues, natural disasters, or unforeseen events beyond human control.

🔁 Returns & Replacements (For Manufacturing Defects Only)

  1. Inform us within 36 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

  2. Return the product at your own shipping cost after approval by Maa Pooja.

  3. If defect is confirmed:

    • Replacement is sent within 12–15 working days (if in stock).

    • If not in stock, alternative suggestions or refunds will be provided.

  4. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 5–8 business days to your original payment source.

🔒 Refund Policy (Exceptional Cases Only)

In rare and approved situations, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–8 business days.
